Speir Heating & Air Established 1946 We are very excited to announce that 2021 is our 75th year in business!! Herbert and Mary Speir started the business in Griffin, GA in 1946.

For those that don't know our story....

SPEIR HEATING & AIR is a family owned and operated business with four generations having been actively involved. They moved their family and the business to Warner Robins, GA in 1953. Herbert’s son Rickie began working with his dad at an early age. For many years Herbert took care of the service calls and Rickie managed system installations. Both Rickie’s s

ons Rick and Slade, also began working in the business at early ages. In 1996, with 50 years behind it, the business was incorporated. Rickie became CEO, Herbert and Mary retired, and Rick took over the service side of the business. Rickie’s wife, Denise, became the corporate secretary and accountant. In 2017, Rickie retired and Rick became the owner and CEO, a position he holds today. Rick has had all three of his sons, Samuel, Micah, and Timothy work alongside him, creating the fourth generation of Speir's in the business. "Seventy Five years is a long time for any company to stay in business, and I am thankful that our business has been able to stick around for this length of time. I attribute our business’s success and longevity to The Lord; He has truly blessed our business from the very beginning. He provided everything my grandfather needed to begin this business and pass it along to my dad and now to me, and I am blessed to have had all three of my boys involved in our business in some capacity or another. It hasn’t always been easy, and sometimes I worried but The Lord always provided and brought us through difficult days. The Lord has also blessed us with great employees and customers, without them we could not be where we are today. As we move into our seventy fifth year, I would just like to say thank you to all of our staff who go above and beyond to represent our company so well, to make our customers happy with their decision, to repeatedly choose to do business with us. I look forward to The Lord’s blessings for many more years to come as we continue down the path He has laid before us."

“The Speir Family Tradition” - We are blessed to have a tradition dating back to the 1970’s where our family reunites for Independence Day to spend time together in the Appalachian Mountains.

It’s a time to enjoy being with each other and reminisce on the loved ones that started the tradition but have since passed. We’ve not missed a single year in the last 46, and we don’t plan on missing one anytime soon!

A new high, 29 family members, and those we consider family, came to the reunion. The yearly tradition now includes a 5th generation having seen “The Cabin” and partaking in all the fun it has to offer.

This year we celebrated the 250th anniversary of America’s Independence by enjoying a low country boil, tubing in the Nottely River, viewing waterfalls, antique shopping, and of course, watching fireworks!
