As we move into the busiest time of the year, we wanted to provide some insight into our scheduling process. Our goal is always to provide prompt, professional service while maintaining the quality and attention to detail that our customers have come to expect. To do that, each technician can only take on a certain number of calls per day.
In addition, there are times when service vehicles require routine maintenance to keep them reliable and safe on the road. Like any family-owned business, there may also be occasions when an employee experiences an unexpected family emergency. When situations like these arise, we work hard to adjust schedules and accommodate as many customers as possible.
While we always strive to provide same-day service whenever we can, there are times when demand exceeds our available capacity. Rather than rush through appointments or compromise the quality of our work, we believe every customer deserves the time necessary to properly diagnose problems and perform repairs correctly.
To better serve our customers, we are actively looking to add additional technicians to our team so we can continue reducing wait times while maintaining the level of service that has helped us earn your trust.
