Q2 marked another major advancement period as Sidney Resources continued developing the Warren District toward drilling, resource definition & production.

Lucky Ben

SDRC continued advancing toward its primary underground gold target while building infrastructure for sustained operations, including storage, sumps, refuge areas, electrical & ventilation systems, diamond drill bays, ground support & utilities.

Management believes this has transformed Lucky Ben into a functioning underground operating platform capable of year-round work.

NI 43-101

SDRC engaged Janus Mineral Strategy to prepare an NI 43-101 technical report covering the Warren District, advancing the project toward independent technical validation & future resource definition.

Unity & Charity

Substantial portions of the historic 5,200-ft Unity Tunnel remain open, accessible & self-draining.

Historic records were reconstructed into modern 3D models mapping workings, ore shoots & conceptual drill targets.

Infrastructure, Permitting & Commercialization

SDRC opened ~23 miles of Warren Wagon Road ahead of the traditional season while advancing Lucky Ben permitting & Section 106.

Potential offtake discussions also advanced across gold, silver, PGMs, REEs & strategic minerals.

More than 14 tons of #3 concentrate + 500 tons of tailings were prepared for potential sale, subject to confirmation & definitive agreements.

SDRC also evaluated financing designed to limit or eliminate dilution, including municipal bonds, structured debt, grants & offtake-linked financing.

Former Idaho Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter joined SDRC as Chairman during Q2.

Looking Ahead

Q1 was about underground advancement & reaching the Little Giant Vein.

Q2 was about building the infrastructure necessary to capitalize on it.

Next: Underground drilling, NI 43-101 reporting, permitting, Unity/Charity development & commercialization.

To everyone who questioned whether our Idaho ore was market-ready: Sidney Resources announced a firm offtake with Ocean Partners for approximately 25,000 tonnes of direct-shipping gold ore.

A globally recognized trading house has committed. Independent verification supported the decision. Commercial terms are in place.

Doubt is easy. Delivering is harder. We’re focused on the latter.

🚀 BIG NEWS from Sidney Resources (OTCID: SDRC)

We’re advancing a $222.7 million staged plan to take our already-built 50 TPD mill in Idaho’s Warren Mining District all the way to a full-scale 450 TPD critical-minerals processing facility.

At full scale this means:
• ~240 direct permanent jobs
• ~460 total jobs supported across rural Idaho
• Domestic production of gold, silver, iridium, rare earths & tungsten

American jobs. American critical minerals. Built the right way — disciplined, phased, and focused on the community and the country.

This is how you build an American mining company. 🇺🇸⛏️
