UPDATE: THE APARTMENT IS RENTED & NO LONGER AVAILABLE

Just three blocks east of Courthouse Square in Downtown Warren, these apartment units do not come available often. This first floor efficiency apartment is amazing. The building is secure with a monitored video camera system, a double locked secure entry corridor, an elevator, and a beautifully finished common corridor shared with the other residents. The rear of the large parking area features a large grass recreation area with a fireplace and picnic area.

The large living space features a beautiful hardwood floor that we believe is original to the 160 year old historic building.

The flooring in the kitchen and bathroom is a marble/ceramic tile look in a brand new luxury vinyl plank.

The former tenant called this apartment home for many years, leaving to pursue opportunities in another city.

The rent is reasonable, the utilities are included in the rent. The building is at 367 High Street NE, near restaurants, WRTA bus stops, and shopping.

Since acquiring this building about 15 months ago, we have worked with diligence and focus to fill the residential side with great residents who enjoy living in a beautiful, historic building just 3 short blocks from our Trumbull County Courthouse.

Together, we have painted, installed new carpet and wood-look floors in all common areas and several apartments, and addressed plumbing, electrical and aesthetic needs as soon as they arise. We also worked with a couple local contractors to install new locks on every door and a state of the art video surveillance camera system. All of this was done to make life for every resident easier, safer and far more secure than most other residential options.

Over the last few months we have addressed many other issues that, for decades upon decades, have plagued this 160 year old structure. And we are by no means done! We have several projects already under way and many, many more planned. Some are mechanical or structural, some safety related, some aesthetic, and several only to benefit the residents that we are fortunate to have calling our address home.

Watch this page for details or, better yet, take a ride by the building and notice the many improvements and renovations made in the last few months. Some are subtle, some not so subtle, but all are important and worthy of the residents.

And don’t forget our several commercial and retail business tenants. Royal Fades Barber Shop, Wicktons Party Hall, Rip’s Kitchen & Bath Center, The McManus Strategic Group, Warren Soccer League, Sierra’s Sanctuary, Satolli Carpet & Floor Covering, and, since 1939, The Buckaroo’s Motorcycle Club.

Thanks to the businesses and residents who call this building home. We appreciate you being here and are proud that together we have made this address a bright spot on the landscape that is Downtown Warren.
