Ran out to Indianapolis last night after wrapping up a job in Cleveland to assist one of our customers with some hangar door modifications and wiring. We have to swap out the cam boxes , pivot pins, bearing holders and wire up the door to the control boxes. Sometimes it's not all just welding ! Anything to accommodate our customers!

Had a customer call us for a emergency Rock crusher repair. The previous work had failed , after seeing it we understood why! We were able to utilize 5/8 and 3/4" plate that the customer already had to completely rebuild the top section of the crusher from scratch . Couldn't be more pleased with how this job turned out! Our customer had minimal downtime and absolutely love the piece , we strive for this every time !

Been a busy last couple of weeks! We have our Walmart project that we're on week 3 of on midnights , we're also working days taking care of our other customers ! We've been Able to knock out some heavy equipment repairs, handrail, hangar door modifications and some structural work!

We have a bunch of bids out that we're awaiting approval and trying to knock out the scheduled jobs as we speak! Blessed to have the customers we do!

We got everything mobilized last night to the Walmart in meadville PA where we will be spending the next month or so working to brace and reinforce the roof trusses for new HVAC units. We have a bunch of angle supports , dowel rod supports , wall pe*******on framing and stainless framing to build,set and install!

This hangar door is finally all wrapped up after 3 days of work! Original installer didn't pre load the door and also welded in the flat bar supports on the wrong side and placement. We got all the incorrect pieces cut off and installed new flat bar into the correct locations and orientation.

Ran up to Jimmy Stewart airport in Pennsylvania to alter the cam seat brackets that were placed wrong on the Hangar door frames. We got the brackets cut off and welded back in to their correct locations then drilled new top mounting holes. Give us call for any mobile welding , fabrication or repair needs!

Repairing another rusted out section of handrail for the Mahoning Valley scrappers stadium in Niles Ohio. We cut all the rust out, re sleeved the bottom rails and attached them to new base plates and anchors !

Fixed and finished this stainless steel handrail that a different company had started. We were able to fix all the bad welds , finish off the end and tie it all back in and then blend everything (as best as we could) with what we were given !
