Becht’s employee owners came together yesterday for our second annual Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) meeting at the Albatross in Edison, NJ - another great reminder of what it means to be an employee-owned company. The meeting gave us the opportunity to deepen our understanding of our ESOP, reinforce the value of shared ownership, and connect across teams. Afterward, the group shifted from learning to fun, with time to relax, bowl, and continue building the relationships that make our culture so strong.
