Manager Monday Spotlight: Jason McKee

This week we're kicking off our Manager Monday series by introducing Jason McKee, our General Manager of Fabrication.

For the past 7 years, Jason has been an integral part of Birmingham & Associates, helping lead our fabrication operations and playing a major role in the growth and success of our shop. From managing production schedules and personnel to overseeing safety, quality, and profitability, Jason consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our team delivers exceptional results for our customers.

Originally from Eufaula, Alabama, Jason attended Sparks Technical College (now Wallace Community College) before beginning his career in the trades. When he's not at work, you'll likely find him hiking or spending time with his wife, Kami, and their children, Emma and Micah.

When asked which Birmingham & Associates core value means the most to him, Jason chose *Integrity*. He shared that we are called to live with integrity in order to be a good witness for Christ, pointing to Titus 2:7: "Show yourself in all respects to be a model of good works, and in your teaching show integrity and dignity."

We are incredibly grateful for Jason and all he does for Birmingham & Associates. His leadership, strong work ethic, servant's heart, and commitment to doing things the right way have made a lasting impact on our company, our employees, and our customers. Jason leads by example, invests in those around him, and helps make our team better every day.

Happy National Donut Day!

We had the opportunity to treat our fabrication shop crew to some amazing donuts from Fultondale Bakery. We appreciate the hard work, dedication, and craftsmanship our team brings every day, and a little sugar is a small way to say thank you.

A big shout out to Fultondale Bakery for helping us celebrate and keeping our crew fueled up for another productive day.

This Military Appreciation Month, Birmingham & Associates proudly honors the men and women who serve and protect our country.

Meet our Summer Intern of “Whatever Needs Doing” — Heidi.

She’s spending her summer at Birmingham & Associates while attending Auburn University, gaining real-world experience and helping fund the next semester one task at a time. Around here, that means everything from office work to chasing down whatever fire needs putting out that day.

We’d be lying if we said we wouldn’t love to see her back at Birmingham & Associates one day when it’s time to choose a career path. She’s a straight-A student, works hard without being asked twice, and carries herself with the kind of professionalism, character, and work ethic that stands out in any industry.

Watching young people grow into capable, dependable adults is a pretty incredible thing — and we’re glad to have her on the team this summer.

Yesterday, we celebrated Mother’s Day, and today we want to recognize someone who means so much to all of us at Birmingham and Associates — our office manager, Karen Wyatt.

Karen is the heart of our company and someone we are incredibly thankful for every single day. Her hard work, kindness, dedication, and care for everyone around her never go unnoticed. We truly love and appreciate all that she does for our team.
