When a customer needed a 1,000 HP induction motor reconditioned quickly, our team got to work. The project scope included pickup, disassembly, stator and rotor cleaning, bake-out, electrical testing, mechanical fit checks, stator relead and reinsulation, rotor balancing, full-voltage test run, vibration analysis, paint, and delivery.

The requested turnaround was 8–10 days… but Louis Allis completed the full recondition in 7 days. We’re built to handle the jobs where downtime isn’t an option!
