Kosciusko REMC Kosciusko Rural Electric Membership Corporation (KREMC) www.kremc.com There are nine members on the board of directors.

Kosciusko Rural Electric Membership Corporation (KREMC) is a member-owned corporation that supplies electric power to customers in portions of Kosciusko, Fulton, Wabash and Whitley counties in northern Indiana. KREMC was founded in 1938 and energized the home of its first customer on February 22, 1939. In 1998, KREMC formed a partnership with Touchstone Energy -- a nationwide alliance of over 600

electric cooperatives. The Touchstone Energy partnership is a way for us to expand our service by sharing ideas and advanced technologies with other cooperatives around the country. A nine-member board of directors, all of whom receive service from KREMC and are elected by the member-owners, governs our cooperative. Annual Meeting
As a member owner you have the privilege of attending the annual meeting of the corporation and voting for the board of directors. Three directors are elected from the membership each spring at the annual meeting. Reports of the progress and future plans of KREMC from the Board President, Secretary-Treasurer and CEO, plus family entertainment and prize drawings are included in the Saturday morning event. KREMC distributes the current annual report to the members in attendance at Annual Meeting each year. Copies are also available upon request, or you may stop by our office and pick up a copy.

Our Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive has begun! 🦃
The food drive will go to a community church who puts Thanksgiving baskets together for local families and to Combined Community Services. Between now and November 21st, KREMC members are encouraged to donate what they can to this food drive! Please bring your non-perishable items into the office!
Needed items include:

“No kid sleeps on the floor in our town!” 🛏️💙

Thanks to Operation Round Up, KREMC members helped Sleep in Heavenly Peace build 20 more beds for kids in Kosciusko County. With over 470 beds delivered in just 16 months, this nonprofit is turning small change into big impact.
