The Monthly | August Recap

As DESIGN WEEK RI 2026 with DESIGNxRI approaches, we’re proud to highlight some of our work right here in Rhode Island.

There’s something special about seeing a Lumetta luminaire in person, especially when it’s close to home. As a team, we love being able to point out our work to family and friends and say, “We made that.”

Photography captures a lot, but some details are best experienced in person. The texture and intricacy of a pattern. The vibrancy of a color. The way a shade diffuses light. The craftsmanship behind every detail.

Each Lumetta fixture brings together the talents of our team, from design and engineering to fabrication, finishing and assembly. We’re proud of what we create and of the lighting we’ve brought to life alongside our partners and specifiers.

Every project has a story, and thoughtful lighting helps bring it to life.

For the new Burke County Animal Shelter in Morganton, North Carolina, Lumetta partnered with Crown Lighting Group to create custom Nexus Pendant Lighting arranged in playful paw print formations. The result is a one-of-a-kind installation that reflects the shelter’s mission while creating a warm, welcoming experience for visitors, staff, volunteers, and future pet owners.

Designed for flexibility, the Nexus Collection gives architects and designers the freedom to create lighting solutions that are as unique as the spaces they illuminate.

The Monthly | June Recap

June kept our team busy from the shop floor to the front entrance.

This month we installed new building signage, continued work on a custom illuminated letter project, built Linear Acoustic luminaires, and kept a variety of custom fixtures moving through production. Every project is different, and that’s exactly how we like it.
