The newly revitalized🦜Foster Parrots Ltd. and The New England Exotic Wildlife Sanctuary (NEEWS) in Hope Valley, RI, is alive with color and vibrancy!

After a devastating fire in 2021, Foster Parrots rebuilt using funds from grants and donations. Bentley transformed the former factory chicken farm into a stunning 23-acre sanctuary, creating a new 28,000-square-foot home for over 400 exotic parrots and reptiles.

During demolition and construction, animal well-being was prioritized. The Bentley team regularly checked in with staff to make necessary accommodations for the safety of the residents.

Foster Parrots & NEEWS new facility boasts beautiful habitats and expert caretakers to support their mission supporting lifelong sanctuary care and adoption services for unadoptable parrots and🐢🦚🪺 other exotic animals.

We recently celebrated the completion of New England Innovation Academy's new ground-up 30,000 sf Athletic Complex & Fields. This milestone marks the culmination of a multi-phase renovation and expansion at NEIA's 7-acre campus.

This new facility was designed with a focus on enhancing student wellness and community engagement and features a grand entrance, trophy case, ticket window, and two locker rooms, with nearby athletic offices.

🏀⚽️A versatile gymnasium with two full-size courts for basketball and volleyball, convertible into four middle school courts, and a walking track.

🏋️A multi-purpose room for various activities, including soundproof studios for dance and yoga, plus a training room for cardio and strength exercises.

🌳Large windows offer expansive views of the 26-acre campus. Outside, a retaining wall surrounds a multi-sport turf field with lighting, a sound system, and a scoreboard.

We’re celebrating 🚧Construction Safety Week, and it’s been an action-packed start at Bentley—three days full of team challenges, hands-on health and safety demos, and moments that remind us safety is way more than a rule—it’s a way of life.

The historic Pastoral Residence Building, adjoining the Cathedral of Saints Peter & Paul in Providence, was recently renovated to address exterior deterioration.

⛪The restoration was executed in multiple phases, ensuring continuous occupancy of the building throughout the process. The scope of work included the replacement of the slate roof, millwork repairs, restoration of window frames, and installation of new glass. Notably, the project featured careful removal, restoration, and reinstallation of stained-glass panels.

Effective collaboration with the Diocese and local businesses was maintained, with particular emphasis on safety👷‍♂️protocols and accommodating the requirements of patrons and community during the renovation.
