ND weather really said:
“Here’s a little spring… JUST KIDDING, WELCOME TO THE SURFACE OF THE SUN.” ☀️🥵

If your AC is suddenly struggling after the overnight jump from “hoodie weather” to “why is my steering wheel lava,” don’t panic yet.

A few quick tips to keep your system from freezing up during this rapid heat wave:

✅ Change your air filter — dirty filters choke airflow fast
✅ Don’t crank the thermostat way down instantly — your AC isn’t a drag racer
✅ Make sure vents are open and unobstructed
✅ Keep the outdoor unit clear of grass, weeds, and cottonwood fluff
✅ If you see ice on the lines or unit, TURN IT OFF and let it thaw before running it again

Your AC has been basically sitting on the couch all spring. Give it a minute to warm up before asking it to survive North Dakota’s annual weather identity crisis. 😅

If your house still feels like a baked potato, give us a call before your system taps out completely.

Small Business Week has me thinking about the people who’ve been here from the beginning or are new—and I don’t say this lightly: thank you!!

To everyone who’s supported me and my family, spread the word, or trusted us with your business—we appreciate it more than you know. Having people in our corner makes it worth it.

This isn’t just work for us. It’s how we provide, how we grow, and how we try to do right by the people around us. Your support doesn’t go unnoticed, and it’s never taken for granted.

From our family to yours—thank you for standing with us.

These drastic temperature swings aren’t just tough on us—they’re hard on your HVAC system too.

Rapid changes from warm to freezing can cause your system to cycle more frequently, leading to extra wear and tear.

If you’ve noticed your system struggling to keep up, now is a great time to have it inspected. Staying ahead of small issues now can prevent bigger (and more expensive) problems later. Let us help you before it's too late.

🌡️ North Dakota Weather Got You Adjusting the Thermostat Every 5 Minutes?

One day it’s 60°, the next we’re back to freezing—welcome to spring in ND 🙃

All that back-and-forth doesn’t just mess with your wardrobe… it puts extra stress on your heating and cooling system too.

👉 Your furnace and AC are constantly cycling on and off
👉 Your system works harder to keep up with sudden temp swings
👉 This can lead to higher energy bills and more wear and tear

If your home feels too hot one minute and too cold the next, your system might need a little attention 👇

✔️ Check your thermostat settings (auto vs. heat/cool)
✔️ Replace your air filter
✔️ Make sure vents aren’t blocked
✔️ Consider a seasonal tune-up to keep everything running efficiently

A little maintenance now can save you from bigger (and more expensive) problems later 👍

If your system is struggling to keep up with North Dakota’s mood swings, we’re here to help!

📞 Give us a call—we’ll make sure your home stays comfortable no matter what Mother Nature decides to do next.

When sickness is going through the house, most people think about medicine, rest, and disinfecting surfaces… but one thing that often gets overlooked is the air you’re breathing.

Your HVAC system constantly circulates the air in your home. If your filter is dirty or outdated, it can keep circulating dust, germs, and allergens throughout the house.

A few simple things that can help while everyone is recovering:
• Change your furnace filter
• Run your fan periodically to keep air moving
• Open windows for fresh air when the weather allows
• Consider a higher-quality filter to help trap more particles

Cleaner air won’t cure illness, but it can help reduce the spread of airborne particles and improve overall indoor air quality while your family gets back to feeling better.

Stay healthy out there! 🤧💨

🥶 Real Feel: -36° 🥶
At this point, the air hurts your face and your furnace is working harder than a ND farmer in harvest season. 😉

A few cold-weather furnace tips to help it survive this Arctic nonsense 👇

🔥 Don’t crank the thermostat way up
Turning it from 68 to 75 won’t heat your house faster—it just makes your furnace run longer and harder. Slow and steady wins the warmth race.

🔥 Change or check your filter
A dirty filter in this cold is like trying to breathe through a scarf soaked in ice. Your furnace will thank you.

🔥 Keep vents & returns clear
Blocked vents = poor airflow = furnace stress. Let it breathe!

🔥 Listen for anything unusual
Banging, rattling, short cycling, or blowing cold air are signs to call before it becomes a bigger (and colder) problem.

🔥 Garage doors & outside doors matter
If you can see daylight, so can the cold. A quick seal check can save your furnace from overworking.

If your furnace decides today is the day to test your patience, give us a call. We’d rather fix it now than help you thaw out later 😅❄️

Stay warm, ND friends!

🥶❄️ Wind Chills Are Dropping Tomorrow! ❄️🥶

As the temps take a dive, one easy way to help your home stay warm is to keep your thermostat at a steady setting.
Letting it stay at one temperature helps your furnace run smoothly and avoids extra strain during the extreme cold.

Set it and forget it — your furnace will thank you!
If things start to feel chilly or your system struggles, we’re just a call away.

Here’s to the next year and many more! ❄️🔥
