Awar Group Companies, Inc. Completed a five (5) retaining wall project that were failing and required stabilization in place without demolition and rebuilding. We design the stabilization system which consisted of helical anchors, threaded adapter, spike plate and TECCO High Strength galvanized wire.

This is the most effective method to stabilize failing retaining walls in place or failing slopes.

Awar Group Companies Inc (AGCI) installed helical piles for a waste water treatment plant in Dorchester County, MD.

AGCI designed, developed the geotechnical engineering report and the helical piles design and shop drawings. We were able to develop a helical pile with 8 helices to support, compression, tension and lateral loads on the order of 55, 7 and 2 kips, respectively at 27-32 feet of embedment in medium stiff CLAY soils and very loose to loose SANDY soils.
