We enjoyed receiving an email from an owner of a Banks & Lee Development house built in 1949. The owner of this house did some research and found this advertisement.

We love the old fashioned human curiosity and follow through of the new owner to contact us.

This is a wonderful piece of our/Banks history. We always treasure such correspondences. Banks & Lee created a successful contracting company which built schools, hotels, apartment complexes, office buildings, shopping centers, and houses throughout the Washington DC Metropolitan Area.
