Man... what a project. Fully insulated gravity fed smoker complete with two sets of probe ports, temperature controller shelf, flip up stainless end table and removable pull handle to allow towing with a lawnmower. Hit up Smokey By Nature if you want to taste what this thing was made for! Exceptional smoked meats and hands down my favorite bbq sauce.
