Job Summary:
The Quality Engineer is responsible for bringing to resolution any quality issues resulting from tool design, fabrication, or assembly. Candidate will be responsible for product buyoff and makes the final decision on acceptability before product shipment to end customer. (NOTE: Active DOD Clearance is required.)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ability to analyze and resolve process issues varying from basic to moderately complex.
• Attends and leads program corrective action meetings, identifies trends, assists in problem resolution, and ensures responsible parties meet their commitments.
• Participates in failure reviews to include containment and disposition of non-conforming product and initiate appropriate root cause and corrective action to prevent recurrence.
• Identifies and anticipates technical problems and offers solutions
• Ability to perform data analytics, interpret data and events and use the information systematically to identify appropriate course of action for resolution.
• Interfaces with customers, and program personnel on quality related issues.
• Utilizes lean initiatives to reduce waste and maintain continuous improvement.
• Makes the decision on acceptability of product prior to customer acceptance
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, mechanical Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• ASQ - CQE (Certified Quality Engineer)
• Knowledge of quality system models
such as ISO9001, AS9100

Work Experience Requirements:
• Lean Manufacturing technique knowledge.
• In-depth understanding and ex*****on of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the maintenance of an Integrated and Automated Assembly Line. This person will lead, mentor, and coach the site maintenance team and provide support to the Customer in the day-to-day operations of the Integrated Assembly Line. This is a hands-on position that requires a commitment to be present on the floor with his/her team and be available as the subject matter expert to lead the repair and preventive maintenance routines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Effectively lead a team of electrical and mechanical technicians in the maintenance, repair, and enhancement of the Customer Integrated Assembly Line.
Directly manage a supervisor, spare parts administrator, two AGV specialist and indirectly manage 16 technicians to promote a sense of innovation, commitment, and success in all maintenance team activities through people-centric coaching, mentoring, and development.
Ensure the proper review of system condition through constant evaluation and analysis of system performance in conjunction with the continuous improvement team.
Build and lead the ex*****on of efficient preventive maintenance schedules to minimize operational impact and ensure production targets are met or exceeded.
Direct the activity of the spare parts administrator to ensure the necessary inventory to guarantee system performance and the timely resolution of breakdowns.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Required.
Minimum of a two-year technical degree.

Work Experience Requirements:

5+ years of experience in the following:

Management of service and maintenance in a production environment that utilize a range of mechanical and automated systems as well as electrical systems and PLCs

Onsite Toolmaker – Assembly Maintenance - Birmingham, AL

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Maintain and assist in troubleshooting assembly fixtures, performing preventative and predictive maintenance on various equipment to minimize downtime keeping safety as a priority.

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:
Support installation and modification of equipment to ensure quality requirements are met. Responsible for continuous improvement of assembly lines and included tooling. Support corrective actions to improve quality issues ensuring standards are maintained. Respond to production downtime in a timely and efficient manner to resolve any and all issues.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:
- Follow and enforce all plant safety rules and policies.

HWX - Spare Parts Coordinator

Job Summary

Responsible for performing accurate and timely inventory transactions of materials consumed in the manufacturing process. Employee will become trained on the CMMS Emaintenance program and become proficient at it. Employee will worked as scheduled by manager 5 consecutive 8 hour shift per day Monday thru Friday or 4 consecutive 10 hour shift Monday thru Thursday or as directed by his or her manager.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 Perform electronic transactions for issuing/reserving materials to jobs.

 Process and close manufacturing jobs and record production quantities produced.

 Move inventory (physically/electronically.)

 Perform mathematical calculations including: density conversions and ratios.

 Conduct stock checks, cycle counts and participate in periodic physical inventory counts as directed.

 Identify inventory discrepancies, investigate potential causes and recommend corrective action.

 Check and maintain accurate inventory labeling.

 With minimal supervision, perform all duties of this position.

 Assist in maintaining replacement parts inventory for all critical parts within the Assembly Line.

 Assist in maintaining/update maintenance manual and system documentation.

 Assist in generating and maintaining system service and downtime logs.

 Assist in generating and maintaining system preventative maintenance schedules and logs.

 Assist in ordering new spare parts with the main office spare parts coordinator.
