This 220-year-old historic home is getting a major renovation and addition, and we’re thrilled with how it’s coming together. The project includes a new kitchen, bedroom, seating area, and carefully planned windows that maximize views and natural light.

The front entryway is one of our favorite parts, with custom window placement working seamlessly with the existing structure and rooflines. It’s been a pleasure collaborating with Racer Construction LLC and the homeowners, and we’re looking forward to seeing them enjoy their finished space.

We work primarily in Rappahannock County, VA, Northern Madison County and western Fauquier County, VA. We are a Class A custom builder that also does additions and remodels. We offer full time benefits to include insurance, holiday, vacation and sick pay.
