👏 Congratulations to Eric for being recognized this month for his outstanding performance!

Each month at our Builders Breakfast, our team comes together to share important company updates, celebrate milestones, and recognize the people who help make Madole Construction successful. One team member is nominated for their hard work, dedication, and positive impact, earning a place on our Builders Hard Hat display, covered in names of all those nominated in months prior.

This month, Foreman Larry had the honor of presenting the hard hat to Eric H. As part of the tradition, Eric will nominate a fellow team member for next month's recognition.

We also take time during our Builders Breakfast to celebrate employee birthdays and work anniversaries, recognizing the people who make our company stronger every day.
