Phase 1 of 2 finished. Sink holes gone, new graded parking area. Soon new topsoil for back yard and new cleared yard. With trees that will be firewood for someone or I'll be hauling off at a later date.

Unfortunitally it's already effecting the house foundation as it continues to sink as the ground thaws and tree stumps decay.

As i always say, if something is worth doing, its worth doing right even when saving customers some money.

Someone wanted existing driveway graded to remove big wallowing out spots. Driveway also had lots of bone rock which most was removed.

Less than the cost of DIY with rental equipment as most of these jobs are 1 hr

Most jobs wait for weight restrictions to come off to do larger jobs needing gravel which is usually end of May.
