(Steppers) began as two partners working together on small residential projects. Steppers’ beginning annual revenues from small site clearing and residential projects were approximately $300,000 in the early 1980’s, but quickly grew to $2 to $3 million per annum. Steppers has successfully completed numerous design build projects, many of which were pre-engineered steel buildings, ranging from priv

ate hangar homes to large shops/warehouses to $3.2 million professional buildings. The half interest of the partner was purchased, and profits were invested back into the company by purchasing equipment, facilities, and real estate. Centrally located in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Steppers’ facilities have grown to include a 13,000 square foot shop and administration offices. Steppers can assist you with all of your construction needs - from custom homes to commercial buildings. With its knowledgeable staff and experienced on-site laborers, Steppers can help you with all phases of construction from design/build, site preparation, building erection, to turning the key on your new building. We also have extensive experience working in rural Alaska as our projects have lead us all over the state. We pride ourselves on completing our projects safely, on time and on budget, resulting in a quality product that is truly a "step" above the rest!
