At HyPro we believe continuous improvement starts with investing in our team. Recently, Some HyPro Team Members participated in 8D Problem Solving Training provided by Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership (WMEP).

This training focused on strengthening our structured problem-solving process, improving root cause analysis, and driving effective corrective actions that support both our customers and our internal operations.

Opportunities like this help our team continue building the skills needed to deliver quality, reliability, and continuous improvement every day. We appreciate the valuable training and insight provided by WMEP and look forward to applying these tools throughout our organization.
