💎Basement Finish💎

This basement was completely unfinished before the work began…

Added:

🛀 bathroom
🛏️ bedroom
👔linen closet
🏈Living room
📕sitting room

And lots of other neat aspects!

Stained oak stair skirt boards, rails and post

Very beautiful accented carpet runner on stairs

LVP throughout

But the best part of the project were the clients- Mary, Amber and Levi were so hospitable they provided us plenty of cold drinks throughout the day as well as snacks and my personally favorite treat was the fresh hot coffee! Mary’s Famous Coffee we started calling them. It was a treat to do the work for them.

Pressure treated deck with metal balusters and a sturdy set of stairs.

The post and rail system is rock solid 🪨💪

Recent project overlooking a lake. Besides the rain we faced near the end it was a beautiful place to work.
