Rasmussen Air & Gas Energy is hiring for a full time Digital & Social Media Strategist. This person will be responsible for leading activities in support of brand recognition and eCommerce operations. This includes but is not limited to search engine optimization, online marketing, user interface design, email marketing and social media marketing and online sales. Performs detailed analyses of customer and promotion data to identify online marketing opportunities, evaluate effectiveness of list/market/media selections and make recommendations to improve results, manage promotion costs and profitability, etc. Ensure accurate and timely implementation of programs and promotions. Assist in developing annual budget to accomplish the overall objectives for eCommerce based on statistical data, and performance reports. Provides guidance, coordinates work activities, and resolves problems with internal and external vendors and customers as needed. Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and measure against goals (KPIs and ROI). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Evaluate emerging technologies; provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption when appropriate.

As a Digital & Social Media Strategist, you'll work closely with all marketing areas of our company to ensure the website is achieving their goals for their organizations.
Job Qualifications:
•Minimum of 5 -7 years of internet marketing and/or eCommerce experience is required.
•Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
•Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
•Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in SEO efforts
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
•Experience with Facebook Advertising, LinkedIn Campaigns, Google Analytics, Google My Business is preferred
•Using a variety of tools to extract and analyze data generated by online user activity
•Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
•Strong knowledge of digital marketing including email best practices, list utilization; integrated database marketing; research techniques; testing strategies; modeling.
•Strong knowledge of query and analytic tools as well as Microsoft Office software.
•Excellent organization, prioritization, problem solving and analytical skills.
•Proven SEO experience
•Experience with WooCommerce
•Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
•Knowledge of latest trends and best practices in SEO
•Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
•Strong quantitative analytical skills
•Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
•Experienced in collecting and analyzing data using analytics platforms and tag management systems.
