We found an old root cellar entrance buried under the patio and the walls were only 3” out of plumb. Not bad for a house built in the late 1800’s. They now have a 1,000 sq ft addition with hand framed ceiling rafters to match the original, Marvin windows and Diamondkote siding. I’m thankful they trusted us to build this project!

We stripped this house down to the studs to install better insulation and new osb sheathing. We replaced all of the doors and windows and now the front of the house is LP siding and the other 3 sides are vinyl. We also put up new soffit and facia to bring it all together.

Earlier this year we remodeled a building to make more rooms and a better lay out for a chiropractic office. Most of the walls are staggered studs to help reduce the noise passing from one room to the next. We did the demo, wall framing and suspended ceiling on this job.

We removed the cedar siding, fixed the rotten plywood around the chimney and installed new Diamondkote LP trim and siding. The facia got wrapped with metal so that we didn’t disturb the shingle nails trying to replace those boards. Porch posts and beams were wrapped in LP trim as well and the homeowner redid the deck and railing with AZEK decking and aluminum railing.

We had to make room for their new 112x60 with 18 feet tall walls with a 24x40 dog house off the back of it. Part of it was tied into the existing shed that is still standing. After they pour the concrete floor, it will get all black exterior doors and garage doors.
