Supporting Tennessee Airports Through Our myTDOT Statewide Sourcewell Contract

Hi-Lite crews continue to stay busy across Tennessee through our TDOT statewide Sourcewell contract, providing airfield maintenance services to airports throughout the state.

Recently, our teams completed crack sealing, seal coating, and remarking of the entire airfield at Carroll County Airport (HZD), helping protect and preserve the pavement while extending its service life.

Projects like this are an important part of preventative pavement maintenance, addressing deterioration early and helping airports get more life out of their existing surfaces.

Airfield Marking Work at Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL)

Hi-Lite crews have been hard at work at Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL), tackling both marking replacement and removal across the airfield.

Brenton Dudley worked on replacing an intermediate marking while Giovanni Moreno followed behind conducting quality control and Gary Shattuck supervised the work. Gary was also busy operating the waterblaster to remove edge line markings, with the Dallas skyline in the background.

A big shoutout to Brenton, Giovanni, and Gary for the teamwork, attention to detail, and effort they continue to bring to the job at DAL.

Hi-Lite and Interstate Sealant & Concrete, Inc. (ISC), recently completed a comprehensive airfield pavement maintenance project at Offutt Air Force Base.

Together, our teams delivered:

• 489,957 square feet of pavement markings
• 249,845 square feet of rubber removal
• 3,400 linear feet of crack sealing
• 450 square yards of concrete spall repair
• Paint removal and asphalt repair
