Overhead Door Company of Waterbury, a well-established company with over 40 years of experience and a great reputation in the door industry, is currently looking for technicians and commercial helpers to join our team.
Ideal applicants should have a mechanical background, knowledge of basic carpentry, the ability to read a tape measure, comfort with heights, and a basic understanding of hand and power tools. Excellent customer service skills are also a must. While previous experience is preferred and compensation will be commensurate with experience, we are prepared to train the right candidate with a starting training wage of $20 per hour.
Please note that a clean driving record is mandatory, and a background check will be conducted. This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week. After one year of employment, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including personal, sick, and vacation time, health, eye, and dental insurance, and an owner-matched retirement plan.
