We got a call from some new homeowners who were dealing with a persistent water leak in their kitchen every time they used their tub or shower. After checking out the situation, we discovered several issues. The fittings for the trip and waste overflow had been cut too short, there was no sealant protecting against leaks from the drain basket, and even the showerhead was spraying water all over due to lack of Teflon tape. To top it all off, the tub spout was bottomed out on the piping and was still so far away from the wall that we couldn't move it any closer. We're pleased to say we used high-quality materials to fix all these problems efficiently. No more leaks or water damage to the ceiling and walls for this young military couple.

The customer rang us up with issues regarding four return line ball valves leaking and three circulating pumps having worn-out pump gaskets. On top of it all, they desired to split their master suite and guest bedrooms into separate zones for better comfort and convenience. So, with the challenge at hand, we rolled up our sleeves and got straight to work. First, we took out the problematic valves and replaced them with new ones, also taking care of the pump gaskets. Then, it was time to create the new zone. We installed a separate circulator, thermostat, and piping for this purpose. Now all rooms heat equally and efficiently.

Our team was summoned by a homeowner with an underperforming HVAC system. They’d been coping with uneven heating, which we soon diagnosed as a problem with the ductwork. We rolled up our sleeves and got to work on a comprehensive ductwork repair. It was all hands on deck as we removed all heat runs from the supply plenum. To fix the issue, we used sturdy gray sheet metal and reliable Malco self-tapping sheet metal screws, effectively panning off all holes in the plenum. We then cut in new supplies a suitable distance from the top of the plenum, a technique to help build static pressure in the system. We added dampers to all heat runs and than balanced the entire system, this completely solved the customers issues.
