Did You Know? | Sentry Edition
How much time goes into managing a construction project before you even consider the work happening on-site?
According to a 2018 construction industry study by FMI and PlanGrid, professionals spent an average of 14.1 hours each week searching for project information, resolving conflicts, and dealing with rework.
That's a lot of time spent making sure things stay on track.
It's easy to notice the equipment, materials, and crews on a jobsite.
What we don't always see is the planning, communication, and problem-solving happening behind the scenes.
At Sentry, we appreciate the people who help keep all those moving pieces working together.
Sometimes, the most important work is the work you don't see.
