Meet the Team: Shelly Brown
Shelly is our dedicated Senior Regional Support Specialist who hails from the sunny city of San Bernardino, California. Currently residing in Mendota, Illinois, Shelly is a proud mother to two daughters, Trisha and Jessica, and is eagerly anticipating the arrival of her first granddaughter in April 2024. With three grandsons already, family is at the heart of Shelly's world. Shelly has been a huge part of the family for an impressive 23 years. Starting in May 2000, she initially worked in Purchasing and later lent her expertise to Accounts Receivable and Customer Service. In 2019, Shelly embraced her current role as a Senior Regional Support Specialist. She said her favorite thing about Spartan Tool is the people she works with across various departments. Her role as a Senior Regional Support Specialist allows her to engage with Territory Manager's daily, offering assistance, answering questions, and problem-solving. Shelly finds motivation in making a difference, ensuring that she contributes to making her colleagues' jobs a little easier. During her free time, Shelly enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. Shelly's dream is to travel overseas and explore different countries, with a special longing to visit Ireland. She is also a massive and fan! She also has a love of all things NFL. Growing up close to Disneyland in California, Shelly and her family made it a weekend tradition to experience the magic of the theme park, Winnie the Pooh is a favorite… Maybe that's why she is still a big kid at heart.
