As Pride Month comes to a close, we’re reflecting on the opportunity our team had to celebrate, connect, and learn together at our Elgin facility.

During the event, employees learned more about Pride and the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that help foster an inclusive workplace at ITW. It was a meaningful opportunity to build connections, raise awareness, and celebrate the diversity that strengthens our teams every day.
