DLM-LR-LM

This is our 2.00” OD 1” tall LR droop limiter bushing legal for WOO and Lucas Oil Late Model series.

This Foam limiter we have had out there for a couple years now with great success. Our unit lasts longer than other units on the market, and ours has a bigger window of tuning. With zero preload this bushing will travel roughly .8125, and than of course with preload it will travel less.

Our unit can withstand being washed on the car and not go bad like other bushings.

PSA to all of our shock customers!!!

Guys I cannot stress enough if you are racing on race tracks that are extremely rough: big holes, tires coming off the ground, slamming into the track because of rough ruts or holes.

You NEED to take your shocks off the car and at a bare minimum compress them by hand and make sure they are ok! It DOES NOT MATTER if they are new, or only have a night or two on them. All it takes is one time slamming thru a hole, or the tires coming up off the race track and slamming back down and it will blow out the Valving and or seals in your shock.

These are circle track shocks with low drag seals, NOT motorcross shocks!!

I will dyno any of my customers shocks for free, if you are not local just pay for shipping here and back.

If you are not my customer Dyno is $10 a shock.

Most of you guys smash your coil overs weekly on the smasher, and maintenance your car. Take the extra 10 minutes and take the springs off and let’s check your shocks!!

If there was 5 roll overs at the race track because of track conditions, or the week before multiple cars in every heat and feature coming up off the race track because of the rough, that’s a pretty good sign you need to have your shocks checked!!

3 NEW products coming at ya today!!

First up we now have shock boots in stock! These will fit your 9” LR shocks and really any length shock you have! $25 each we can get Black,Red,Blue

2nd we have 2.5” Torrington bearings in stock for you Late Model guys! We recommend these on every spring on the car that does not come unloaded. These are very nice in killing bind! $35 a set.

Lastly we came up with a canister holder for your Smasher/Dynos! This nice piece snaps onto the upright columns. Can be made for any diameter column. $30.

With racing season winding down, we’re looking to take on some more CAD design and engineering work this offseason.

The pictures below are just a few examples of parts and projects we’ve designed for our in house use.

Just a reminder and a tech tip for ya here on this Sunday!

If you don’t already, add checking your LR limiter device weekly on the smasher to your maintence
checklist..

It is very crucial to monitor your bushing life and travel as this is something you can’t physically see without pulling it on the machine. This plays a huge role in how far your rear end is traveling under load. They still may hang the same on the lift but will travel more and more as the bushing wears out.

We do offer LR limiter bushings that work very well and can conform to your rules! Contact us if you have any questions or need help checking your bushing.

We’re looking to grow 18 Innovations and work with some new people!

A lot of you know us for our shock work, but over the last couple years we’ve continued adding equipment and expanding what we can do. Going forward, there are three big areas we’re really looking to grow.

🔧 SHOCKS & SUSPENSION

Shock rebuilding, revalving, dyno testing, custom valving and development, shock/spring sales and suspension work. Dirt track racing is a big part of what we do, but we also service ATV, UTV, snowmobile and other powersports applications.

📐 CAD DESIGN & CUSTOM PARTS

This is an area we really want to grow. We can take an idea, broken part or existing part and turn it into something we can actually manufacture.

3D scanning, reverse engineering, CAD design, prototyping, custom parts and product development are all things we can help with.

🖨️ 3D PRINTING & MANUFACTURING

We can handle everything from one-off parts and prototypes to repeat production runs. We print a wide range of materials from flexible rubber-like parts to high-strength engineering materials depending on the application.

We’re also looking for DEALERS, SPEED SHOPS, RACE TEAMS, CHASSIS BUILDERS, POWERSPORTS SHOPS and other businesses interested in working with us.

That doesn’t just mean selling 18 Innovations products.

Introducing our new RR Under rail bump stops. These have been tested all season long with multiple wins under their belt.

Purpose behind these are to limit RR extension on under rail cars, while providing a cushion/bump effect compared to using a hard stop. They are made of the same urathane we use to manufacture our bump stops and Pullbar bushings.

Can be custom made for your application as far as size, length, and hardness. Included several grooves to use zip ties, clamps, etc to secure to your under rail.
