This was an application where the end user uses a fork truck driven train system to move product from their production area to shipping building. Kaufman was able to design an automatic load lifting system that can lift two (2) double stacked pallet loads at once onto the train cars. Improving efficiency by loading 4 stacks at once! Returned bulk-load dunnage can be a mess.

Tier sheets, top frames, and pallets all stacked together.

Traditionally, someone has to manually pull it apart and sort it.

This robotic end-of-arm tool changes that.

It separates the mixed dunnage and stages each item for reuse.

Less manual handling.
Better flow.
Cleaner process.

Detroit Mini Donuts food truck came in yesterday and we treated our employees to some delicious warm sugared donuts! Our employees demonstrate excellent teamwork and because of those efforts, Kaufman is always up and running designing & manufacturing top of the line equipment for our customers. We can't do it without everyone working together toward that common goal!
