One Project. Three Prestigious Awards. 🏆

We are thrilled to announce that 64 University Place was shortlisted for the wienerberger Brick Award 26 and has now secured both the Best in Class: Residential – Multifamily and the Craftsmanship Award in the 2025 Brick in Architecture Awards from the Brick Industry Association!

This 11-story residential building, designed by KPF (Kohn Pedersen Fox) Architects, is located in Greenwich Village, NYC and features Watsontown Brick's Chelsea KT. 🏙️🧱
