This 1200 s.f mid centry modern was the final project of a multi rental property renovation and new construction contract. With open web trusses, exposed ductwork, cedar ceilings, polished concrete floors, clerestory windows and much more, this highly sought after rental is a minimalist’s dream! This home needed some major curb appeal so we added a 500 s.f. paved gated front patio, paved the walkway, deleted the irrigation system and xeriscaped the front yard to conserve water.

This small 980 s.f. home was a challenge with its restricted size, but we vaulted the ceilings, completely changed the layout, enlarged the kitchen and made this home an open concept, making it feel much larger. We always want to give our clients what they want so we found a way to fit their full size washer/dryer on the main floor.
