We are seeking:
An experienced office manager, preferably with a background in the construction industry
Someone committed to being in a long-term position due to all the on-the-job training required
A full time employee, able to work a standard 40 hour week from 8:00-4:30 each weekday
A person that has excellent proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, and general computer functions.
The job duties required of this position will vary depending on work load and time of year. Typical job duties will include (but are not limited to):
Gathering Employee timecards and processing weekly payroll
Adhering to all public works laws, creating certified payroll reports
Invoicing customers and monitoring all A/R activity
Receiving/ paying bills and other A/P activities
HR functions (hiring, new employee paperwork, etc.)
Working within a team to monitor safety standards, schedule employees, and solve problems as they arise
This position is a management position and will be responsible for working with, as well as managing, a team of dedicated individuals. We are a family business, but are growing in size. We are a close-knit group looking for someone who can bring a positive/ can do attitude to the office.
