We were honored to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the Mills Ranch Apartments being developed by CHISPA.
We've been working on this project since 2021 but today we learned how it took over 20 years to get this project to this groundbreaking😳.
Thank you to the whole team of CHISPA for your perseverance and getting this important housing project to construction! We love being part of the team that is bringing affordable housing to our community 👏
