Friday we celebrated the month of August as a unit! We shared some success stories from last month, enjoyed some delicious tacos (made by our very own, Joaquin!) and talked about the true growth that we have had as a team over the years.

August also brought some more wonderful anniversaries to honor. Harrison Zender has officially been with us for two years, Caleb Brock just reached his 4th year here , Mike Zender is celebrating his 8th year and Yolanda Ruiz has been with Alliance for 12 wonderful years!

Last but certainly not least, we got to award our MVP belt. August’s difference maker is a guy that will always step into whatever role is asked of him to do. This month he spent time on the road welding on-location for a customer that could not move their tool. Not only that, but he fills in as team lead when Rick is out of the office and he does it with a smile and a good attitude. Congratulations to this month’s MVP, Brian Trautschold!
