"I called Al Briggs (referral from my parents who's roof Briggs replaced a couple of years ago) the morning after a tree blew onto my roof, and he was there to check out the damage and make emergency repairs before the next storm came later that day to make sure the damage didn't get worse. He made a point to be there when my insurance company's claim adjuster made their report so that they had a full picture of what needed to be done. The office manager Ashley, and sales representative Ricardo did a great job of coordinating the consultation for the repairs, were very thorough, and the price for the new roof was very reasonable for the quality of materials. The GAF system Briggs exclusively uses gives me peace of mind that my new roof will have no problem holding up over the next 30+ years. The financing process was quick, convenient, and very well coordinated with Briggs to make sure there were no delays in the work. Al's team was prompt and worked through one of the hottest days of the year to complete the process within 1 day with as minimal impact to my daily life as possible. I would 100% recommend Briggs and their team to any one in my life that is having issues with their roof, gutters, siding, etc. They are phenomenal!"

Great review from Michael... "Briggs was friendly, helpful, very fast getting the old roof off and the new roof on, and thorough cleaning up. They weren't entirely perfect however. They did tell me to move my truck and lawn mowers out of the garage during the roofing process, which I did. However, they could have done a better job of warning me about the amount of dirt, grit and nails that would fall thru the roof during the removal process. They did a great job cleaning up the garage floor and area around the house. But, I had no idea how much debris and nails would fall thru seams and small holes onto the gear I had stored in the rafters, onto my garage shelves and onto and behind the refrigerator, etc. Be forewarned: Move Everything Out."
