✨The original bathroom felt dark, closed-in, and dated. The finished space is now bright, modern, functional, and designed to feel open and relaxing for everyday use.

From closed-off condo kitchen to award-winning custom remodel ✨

This Waukesha condo transformation completely changed the feel and functionality of the home.

One of the biggest changes in this remodel was removing the dividing wall to fully open up the kitchen and living space - creating a brighter, more connected layout designed for modern living.

What many people don’t see behind projects like this are the challenges involved.

😲During demolition, we discovered the condo development’s sprinkler system was routed through the wall being removed. In order to complete the transformation properly, the sprinkler system needed to be reworked, requiring coordination that temporarily impacted the entire condo building.

The final result was worth it.

This remodel went on to receive a Gold Award from Milwaukee NARI and completely transformed the space from builder-grade to fully custom.

• dramatic open-concept layout
