Water efficiency is a BIG deal across the globe. 💧 Last week's joint U.S./Brazil Advanced Water Technology Showcase reinforced the demand for more efficient industrial fluid heating solutions, like the Non-Obstructing Heater™. Our very own Heber Silva and Danial Frasson Costa even took the podium to discuss how direct steam injection technologies can improve thermal efficiency, provide rapid and precise temperature control, simplify industrial fluid-heating processes, and maximize methane production through tight temperature control! 💨 Steam History 📖 In 1770, French military engineer Nicolas-Joseph Cugnot built the "fardier à vapeur", a three-wheeled steam dray designed to haul cannon barrels. By most accounts, this was first working self-propelled land vehicle in history. It topped out at a whopping 2.25 mph. While his design wasn't widely adapted, it proved that steam 💨 had the power to change the world. Two and half centuries later, we're still innovating new ways to use steam!
