IMPORTANT COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT!!
When we started Badger State Heating back in 2011 Kevin and I had a passion to bring quality HVAC service to the residential Lake Country market. We began small, family owned, and committed to our customers satisfaction. Over time thanks to our many satisfied customers, and our many great reviews and referrals, we grew.
Kevin’s previous commercial experience led us to expand commercially and we have been blessed with the growth of that side of our business as well.

Over the past year we have heavily contemplated the decision of which way we wanted our business to continue to grow and that has ultimately led us to the conclusion that commercial/mechanical is the way we want to refocus.

Because our customers are so important to us we searched out a company who could take on our residential customer base with the same small business mentality, passion for quality and dedication to customer service that we’ve provided. This search led us to Sam with Third Coast Heating & Cooling. Sam and his team are committed to continuing the same level of service that our residential customers have come to expect from us.

TO OUR RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS: Beginning Monday Oct 30th our phone number and web domain will be handed over to Third Coast Heating & Cooling and any appointments on the books will be handled by them and their team in accordance with all previous agreements. Any pricing committed by Badger State Heating will not change and they are committed to continuing as closely to our pricing structure as possible.

TO OUR COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS:
Things on the commercial front will continue as normal HOWEVER we are in the process of a slight rebrand you will be receiving communications with new contact information including web domain, phone number, and email contacts. Keep your eye out for our new logo/web domain and those vital communication emails.

We truly appreciate all the amazing love you’ve shown us over the years.

We are forever grateful for the ultimate sacrifice of those who died for our country. May their courage and dedication never be forgotten this Memorial Day, or those that follow.
