🌟 Employee Spotlight: Will Voigt 🌟

This month, we are proud to recognize Will Voigt, Assistant Project Manager at Municipal Well & Pump.

Will brings more than 12 years of experience in water and wastewater operations, with a background spanning facilities throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana. A graduate of Fox Valley Technical College with a degree as a Natural Resources Technician, he has built a strong foundation in utility operations, environmental systems, and field management.

Before entering the water industry, Will proudly served in the Wisconsin Army National Guard from 2006 to 2012, including a deployment to Iraq in 2009.

His commitment to service, leadership, and dedication to the communities we serve are evident in everything he does. Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his family.

He is the proud father of two sons and is eagerly awaiting the arrival of his first daughter later this year. Family is at the heart of what drives him, both personally and professionally.

💧 Big things happening at Municipal Well & Pump! 💧

This week, two of our project managers had the awesome opportunity to share their knowledge on well rehabilitation.

Chase and Ross spent the day at the WRWA in Green Bay, helping educate others in the industry and representing MWP with pride.

We’re proud to have a team that not only puts in the work, but also gives back by teaching and supporting others in the field. 👏

Our very own employee, Chris Ferguson, hit the ice on Tuesday February 10th representing Municipal Well & Pump! 🏒

Each February, we sponsor team jerseys and take part in a friendly matchup in the Wisconsin Dells against a team from Illinois — all within the water industry. It’s a great way to connect, compete, and build relationships outside of the job site while having some fun along the way.

We love supporting our employees both on and off the clock and being part of events that keep our industry connected and our community strong.

❄️🎣 Braving the Cold for a Great Cause! 🎣❄️

Yesterday, some of our amazing team members bundled up and headed out to Fox Lake, WI for the 12th Annual WRWA Ice Fisheree — and what a great day it was!

Municipal Well & Pump was proud to contribute some awesome prizes, including a custom Beaver Dam tip-up and a MAGS rod. We love supporting local events and being part of such a great community.
