Penrose deck- before and after pics. As you can see there was a good deal of water damage and rott where the deck attached to the garage and house. This was due to the previous builder failing to install the proper flashings on the ledger boards. So a small step skipped, resulted in alot of damage over time.

Johnson kitchen remodel before and after pics-

As you can see this was a full demo. Almost down to the bare bones. We patched in the walls and layed new subfloor as the starting point.

We then installed new cabinets, counter tops, along with the back splash. In addition we installed new flooring and trim throughout the upper level of the house, along with installing a couple new doors.

I would also like to say thank you to Dawn and Scott for being loyal, repeat customers. I believe this is the 4th project we have done for them now and they are always a pleasure to work with. Thanks for the continued business!
