Who has the drawings for your machine?

That question decides how fast a spare part shows up. We are the OEM for Wauseon TubeTech equipment, and the build records and parts library go back decades, including machines that shipped under the Wauseon Machine name.

That means a part gets identified from the original build, not reverse engineered off the one that broke.

Send us the serial number and we will pull what we have on file.

There's no agency behind our blog, which is probably obvious from how it reads.

It comes out of a building in Wauseon, Ohio where people have been integrating cells and building tube end forming equipment since 1983, and the opinions in it are the ones our engineers hold when a customer asks. This one is a good example. It says most first projects succeed because somebody scoped one repeatable task tightly instead of trying to automate a whole line, which is not the advice that sells the biggest system.

You do not have to run our equipment to buy our tooling.

We design and manufacture end forming tooling for most major machine brands, not only Wauseon TubeTech. If your floor has picked up other machines over the years, that does not put you outside what we can help with.

Beading, flaring, expanding, reducing, curling, flanging, and custom end forms. Typical custom tooling lead time is six to eight weeks depending on complexity.
