I apologize for not keeping everything up to date. It has been awhile since I have posted on here. This past summer I was approached about a teaching job. The job was teaching Construction Trades to local high school students. I took the job! It has been very good, I have enjoyed sharing my knowledge with the students and watching them grow in their skills.
I will keep the business going but will not be taking on many jobs. That being said we decided to start renting our dump trailer out. I will be posting about this in the next few days. Please share with local friends to help spread the word.

Couple of "New" bathrooms!! Remodeling both bathrooms isn't the worst thing in the world. First we decided to tackle the shared bathroom in the main part of the home, removing the old tub, vanity, medicine cabinet, flooring, toilet and a new coat of paint really changed the look and the functionality of this room.
Once the hallway bath was finished it was time to move on into the master. Removing these older surrounds doesn't seem like it would gain you much room when the framing doesn't change but 1-3 inches all around really does make a huge difference in elbow room. We changed the toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet and flooring in here too.

Just finished a project we started earlier this spring. Finally was able to get back over for a few of the finishing touches after the roof by Watchman Roofing, painting, gutters and concrete were all completed. Really great space for gathering together!

Another Bathroom remodel...actually 2 bathrooms. Rachel and Chad wanted to update their master bathroom and their hallway bathroom.
In the hallway bathroom we decided to remove the old plastic surround and the old tub. The new tub was surrounded with a custom Onyx system including the two shelving niches. Replacing the toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, light, exhaust fan, flooring and a new paint color on the walls and trim really brought this bathroom together.
In the master bath we decided to do pretty much the same, removing the old plastic shower surround and replacing the whole shower surround with a custom Onyx surround with niches and a corner foot shelf along with a custom pan from Onyx. New paint on walls and trim, toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet, light, and floor really changed the look of this area. Installation of an exhaust fan is always a good idea in high moisture areas and will hopefully help this room stay fresh for years to come.

Here are some before and afters of a recent project. Maggie and Michael needed a new kitchen space, we took out the old closet pantry, moved the oven and put in a double oven where the closet was. added a pantry cabinet a couple other cabinets and new countertops. We also added lights in the ceiling which really brightened the space up. Micheal built the hood vent surround and it turned out GREAT!! Thank you Michael and Maggie, it was a pleasure working with you and even better getting to know you.
