Ladner Contracting and Construction is locally owned and operated, right here in Hancock County. New residential homes (customized to your liking), renovations, add ons, mid-sized commercial construction... We specialize in them all !

Our rates are as following:
(not including property purchase)
• House on grade starting at
$150 per sq. foot
• Elevated house with 12x12 pilings up to 8 feet starting at $165 per sq. foot
• Elevated house with either 12x12 pilings over 8 feet or concrete columns over 4 feet and up starting at $175 per sq. foot
