IVS Hydro Expands Operations with New Facility in Pleasants County, WV
WAVERLY, WV — IVS Group Inc., through its main operating company IVS Hydro Inc., has acquired a new facility at 55 Pleasants Industrial Park in Waverly, West Virginia, approximately one mile from the company’s original location where it was founded in 1972. The new site will support the Company’s continued growth of IVS Construction/Hydrodemolition Division, while also housing the company’s administrative offices. Planned renovations and facility upgrades will tailor the property to meet operational needs, including improved equipment staging, maintenance capabilities, and office space. IVS Group Inc. is an employee-owned multi-division contractor employing more than 350 people, with operations spanning multiple states. The expansion reflects the company’s ongoing investment in both its infrastructure and the Mid-Ohio Valley region.

Since its founding as Industrial Valve Services in Waverly, IVS has grown from a small, family-run operation into an Industrial and Infrastructure contractor performing work in over 20 states. While the company’s footprint has expanded nationally, much of its workforce remains based in the Mid-Ohio Valley and Kanawha Valley, underscoring its long-standing regional ties.
