Packing Operator

Main Activities:
-Responsible of box assembly and placing the labels in boxes and bottles according to the Production Schedule and recording the packaging materials.
-Responsible of filling the containers according to specification of weight and place the SIMA label according to the production schedule.
-Responsible of packing final product in different size containers of 2.5 gallons and 275 gallons.
-Responsible of cleaning working station and equipment once finished packing a specific product with the utilization of a water hose and cleaning tools.
-Be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, bend and stoop.
-Be able to lift around 50 lbs. stack boxes

Main Activities

•Inspecting machinery operation conditions ensuring they are achieving the control ranges specified in protocols
•Monitors gauges, meters and instruments to ensures that specified conditions are maintained during fabrication process.
•Measuring and recording weighs, colors, lot numbers, times and changes during raw material addition.
•Adjusting temperatures, pressures, agitation speeds and flow rates of liquids according to the product protocols.
•Be able to work stand up and lift around 50 lbs, stack boxes
•Shift rotation availability

Lab Technician:

Functions:

-Analyze materials, raw and during process, final product, environmental and stability samples.

-Quality audits of raw materials and finished product

-Compile and analyze laboratory test data. Interpret test results, compare to established specifications and control limits and make recommendations to improve quality.

-Monthly quality parameters reports

-Calibrate, validate, and maintain laboratory equipment.

-Research out-of-specification and failure incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

-Maintain and submit all quality control data necessary to meet regulations.

-Keep lab area clean and follow safety guidelines.

-Perform other duties as needed.

Maintenance Technician

Job Functions:

• Perform preventive maintenance: inspect, clean, lubricate, replace and adjust equipment according to manufacturer, product and SOP specifications.
• Perform and record a maintenance checklist on daily basis of Steam boiler, chiller system, air compressor and evaporators.
• Record on daily basis water, gas and electricity meters.
• Install or change machine parts and attachments according to production specifications.
• Reassemble and test equipment after the completion of repair or maintenance work.
