Commercial Office Renovation – Lawrenceville, Georgia

Our team is making great progress at this commercial office renovation project in Lawrenceville, Georgia. We are currently installing 6,250 square feet of LVP flooring, and everything is coming together very nicely.

A special thank you to David Contreras for overseeing the project and working through the weekend to help ensure the project is completed and ready by Monday. We also want to recognize the entire crew — all six team members — for their hard work, dedication, and long hours on this project.

Dual Business Commercial Suites

This new firewall is now in place, and up next we are now installing the fire-retardant insulation along with fire-retardant paint to ensure everything meets commercial code inspection requirements.

After inspections are completed, we will move into installing the fire-rated 5/8 drywall and begin working on the FRP, plumbing, and final finish-out stages of the project.

It’s said that all great things start with a solid foundation — and that couldn’t be more true in custom home construction. Today marks a huge milestone as the footer for this beautiful custom home has officially been poured, setting the groundwork for everything that’s about to come to life. From the planning stages to seeing concrete in the ground, every step brings this vision closer to becoming a reality for an awesome family.

CUSTOM HOME UPDATE | COFFEE COUNTY GA.

Footer inspection passed today and we are officially preparing for the concrete pour on the foundation footer.

Block stem wall installation is scheduled to begin Monday. Once the stem wall is completed, we will move into the fill and compaction phase, bringing the pad up to grade with approved fill dirt and properly compacting the area in preparation for the rough-in plumbing phase.

Once the fill dirt is delivered and properly graded, the pad area will also be professionally treated for termites prior to the plumbing and slab preparation stages.

We are excited to move into the next phases of construction as we prepare for the final slab pour and coordinate delivery of the lumber package so framing can begin shortly after.

Everything is moving forward smoothly and on schedule, and we are excited to continue progressing on this project.

It may not look like much right now, but this 700 sq. ft. home is being completely transformed into a 1,200 sqf single story home in the next few weeks.

This full renovation and addition project includes:

• Brand-new electrical
• Brand-new plumbing
• New HVAC system
• New insulation
• New drywall
• New flooring
• Interior and exterior painting
• Brand-new lifted roof system
• Raised ceiling height by 1 foot throughout the home
• Brand-new shingles
• New interior doors
• Custom showers
• New cabinets
• New countertops
• 3 bedrooms
• 2 bathrooms

We are taking this home down to the bones, rebuilding it the right way, and turning it into a strong, beautiful home for a new family. Excited to continue showing the progress over the next few weeks as everything starts coming together.

Land prep is finishing up in Brantley County and the project is moving along very smoothly.

Upcoming Site Preparation & Layout Work Includes:

• Site layout and elevation verification
• Temporary power placement
• Temporary water placement
• Septic system layout and coordination
• Well layout and placement
• Final site preparation and cleanup

Permitting for the project has officially been completed, and we are excited to begin construction on this beautiful custom home within the next few weeks. Looking forward to bringing another amazing project to life here in South Georgia.

Huge shout out to David Contreras for taking care of this beautiful kitchen setup featuring a massive 10-foot island, along with the complete interior and exterior renovations of this entire home.

A huge thank you as well to the entire team for all the hard work, coordination, and attention to detail throughout this project. The countertops are scheduled to be installed next week, followed by completion of all plumbing fixtures throughout the home. After that, we will move into final touch-ups and finishing details to bring everything together.

We cannot wait to show everyone the finished product — this home is turning out absolutely amazing.
