Our team partnered with Rhino Seed on Phases 1 and 2 of their comprehensive office renovation, delivering a modernized and functional workspace that included upgrades to the front lobby, private offices, breakroom, and conference rooms.

In addition to the interior improvements, the project featured a total of 37,000‑sq.-ft. building addition, which encompassed site preparation, foundation work, structural steel framing, exterior envelope enhancements, roofing, MEP system installation.

We loved the opportunity to partner with Grand Rapids Community College and welcome students out to an active jobsite.

✨ Welcome to the Team, Zach Richmond! ✨

Dykhouse Construction is excited to introduce the newest member of our team, Zach Richmond, who is joining us as our Director of Business Development.
Zach brings 13 years of experience in the construction industry and is passionate about simplifying what can often be a complicated process. What he enjoys most about construction is “taking what can be a complicated process and making it enjoyable and easy for the end user by building strong relationships.”

In his new role, Zach is looking forward to “working in a different realm of the construction industry, transitioning from a subcontractor working with GCs to collaborating with developers, real estate agents, architects, and owners from a preconstruction perspective.”

Outside of work, Zach is married to his wife, Alison, and recently welcomed twin girls in December, an exciting new chapter for their family! In his free time, he enjoys boating, golfing, and spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Dykhouse Construction had the opportunity to give students at Grand Rapids Community College the privilege of touring one of our active jobsites. For many, this was an introductory experience, helping them explore potential career paths and gain a deeper understanding of the construction industry. It was so much fun to partner with this program and encourage students to be creative and embrace their futures in construction!
